Reset level should also give you the 600 gold back so you can practice from the start. Also how the hell do you grab a siege creep when towers are so random. Any gauges on how many hits when it's at half hp? Tips from anyone?

the checkboxes in the options are kinda crap and inconsistent. still good mod for practice LH under tower.

@<ray> the tower checkbox can be used to disable / enable the tower. I also think a more customizable option for the waves would be nice. Drop Down Menus would simplify a lot of the GUI, but they didn't work and had poor documentation last time I tried to use them. I'll try it out soon when I have time.

I think it can be improved by enabling the tower to take no damage and have an option for it to hit or not to hit targets. Also make it able to spawn what type of creeps 1 at a time to practice how last hitting the creep works (i.e: the siege creeps).

I think trying to minimize the damage you take is part of the challenge of last hitting under a tower. I would suggest buying items that make it easy to tank.

give an option so hero can be unkillable. so they can focus on last hitting and not dying.

@Neutrino I wasn't able to reproduce this on my end, however, the way the experience works is that it will only be updated per wave, so the entire wave will either give experience or not give experience, whatever the state of the checkbox is before the wave spawns.

The button to disable creeps giving experience doesn't seem to work, no matter what you set it to you still level up.

when used Helm of dominate wave stopped appearing from the fact that the game thought that the enemy creeps still exists.

great mod, thank you so much for this.

one suggestion, can you enable unlimited pauses and remve the minimum time between pauses? right now you only get 3 pauses and can't pause in quick succession.

Thanks for the feedback. I like the idea of the redo option. Adding control on the individual wave will need a new user interface, but I'll consider it. Each 'wave type' you see is basically a preset for the number of creeps/probabilities.

Regarding the bug, I've been unable to reproduce what you are talking about. When you got allied creeps later on, did it fix itself the next few waves? Depending on when you click the checkbox, it may not change the settings until the next spawn. If you want the wave type to be guaranteed for the next spawn, you need to change it while creeps are still alive I believe since it is all automatic. If that wasn't the case, then I'd need some more details figuring out how it happens.

great work so far!

for further improvement, i'd like more control on how the waves spawn instead of the waves being random every time. if i completely messed up on a wave, i want to be able to 'redo' the wave and see what moves i could've done to get all the last hits. Maybe you can have a counter that can set how many creeps spawn from each side, and have the random spawns be another checkbox option.

also some of the existing methods of controlling creep spawn seem to break after a few waves spawn. i check the 'no allied creeps' box and a few waves later i get allied creeps.

I'm working on a update to add balanced waves, and I've also fixed the catapults not displaying the miss HP text effect. I think that broke when valve changed their death animations to use a separate 3d model.

@esvban Honestly, any solution, irrelevant of the tower, would do the trick. Whatever is easiest. What is most useful; to me (and some of my friends) would be practising last hitting as iv lv 1 in a real game, perpetually, without the tower. I generally only use the tower to clear out the unbalanced waves. As i say, whatever works. And thank you for taking the time and effort to respond

@Captain TwatTastic Hmm, would be easier if I could bundle the equal waves with the tower being off, but I could make a 4th wave type that always had equal number of creeps on each side. You woud have to select only that wave type, and uncheck the tower option.

@esvban I agree, this mode really needs an option to balance the creep waves. I want to practise maintaing creep equilibrium as if i was in a real game, but maintain level 1. If you have creeps left over it means youve fucked up the wave!

@Fullmight I could make the waves balanced with the tower off, but the original purpose of this map was to practice last hitting alongside a tower. I'm not sure if the original person who asked for the ability to turn off the tower, also wanted a balanced wave. The waves sometimes have more dire creeps because it's usually like that if you are fighting under your tower.

Would be a lot better if there was an option for waves to not be heavily direside balanced so you could last hit normally instead of just duking it out with creeps man to man with the tower off.

@CalvinBalla Currently the creeps spawn with a random offset below or above the tower. I will adjust it to be less random (select from preset positions). I'll see if there's a good way I can allow the player to control which preset to use, if they don't want a random one, though. Unfortunately, adding a creep equilibrium mode is a bit out of scope in the current map for now. This map was primarily created for practicing last hitting under a tower, but there may be room on the map for other modes when I get time.

@Kukkahattutäti The tower heals to full hp after 5 waves when i tested it. I will decrease it to 4 soon, but the tower should not be dying. You should be trying to keep the tower alive if possible while laning ;).

Can we have more control over where the creepwave meets? I don't feel like practicing just underneath tower.

Also some control over varied 'creep equillibrium' so I can practice trying to maintain equillibrium or not.

@hannibal the waves are sometimes bigger, because that can be the reason the creeps are pushed to your tower. Are you practicing without the tower, I could make the wave size fixed at 4 if you have that option off.

1) I am unable to reproduce multiple phoenixes or other heroes. Do you know how this happened?
2) -refresh command should work for now. I'll need to think about how to organize new buttons.
3) This is a good feature, that I think would be worth adding. I'll see if I can code some sort of slider, but I may end up doing a simple input field instead ;)

I've tried to keep the control panel for the map relatively small, but maybe it's ok if it takes more of the side of the screen (vertically, not horizontally), especially now that I added the minimize button.

2) Add "Refresh" button to refresh cooldowns / health / mana (mainly for health restoration)
3) Add an option to decrease the window in between the waves (~Spawn the next wave as soon as the current one dies) to reduce the idle time

I would like to ask for something. I use the mini map on the right, so my shop screen is on the left, this way the options menu hides my shop screen. Could you add an option for changing the options from left to the right? Thanks

Yes, it is designed for only 1 player. I haven't tried using observers, though. Once you load the lobby, there is only 1 slot to play.

Hey again, I saw that you implemented my changes it looks great! I can see all the hard work you put into the mod and I would like to say that I appreciate your effort. I'll let you know if I come across any other tweaks or suggestions for new content.
