Jiggle bone'd ... oh good god, this looks delicious! :D

Looks good, but I can imagine some clipping problems.

There are jiggle bones on the hinge points in the arm, at the point where it attaches to the hat and on the hand so the fingers waggle a little bit.

Only if the two hinges have a tension jigglebone. If so then yes.

I'm a big fan of hats that use the original one in some way (obviously the hard hat is part of the new model but you get what I mean). The name is great too.
