I would agree with Valmuro, not eaven one hint of connection with mermaids, or deepsea dwellers in her backround storry. But (as always there is one) good job, and I appreciate your effort. You should add some tentical animation to skirt, and also extend tenticals, sause she looks funny like this- like she's dressed in an umbrella. Extended tenticals could give her more grace. Spirit- kicks ass..

Tentacles too rigid，if more flexible ，well be better

Cool idea but completely out of place. Doesn't fit the character at all.

Turn her first skill Crypt Swarm to black smoke or bubble to mimic octopus' ink.

Definitely needs some animation or jiggling on the tentacles but other than that, awesome job!
