Thank you, I assume the 555 mod uses different unit sizes while this mod is made with vanilla settings in mind. You can however easily change unit sizes yourself, you should find this mod either in your Total War: Attila/ data folder or in steamapps\workshop\content\325610\492647655.
From there, open the 'terminator_unit_pack.pack'-file using a tool like Pack File Manager (PFM) or better Rusted Pack File Manager (RPFM).
Navigate to 'db -> main_units_tables -> TUP_main_units', you will be able to change the size of each unit in the 'Num Men' column.
Changes are compatible with savegames, however they will propably not affect units that were already recruited before.

Super cool units even work in 555 Justinian mod but in medium side all my units have arount 120-150 troops in unit but your in same setting only 80 its possible to make 2x side to your units

Nope, just tested them and a bunch of others units for both roman factions. You might be using incompatible mods or have corrupted game files, this mod works fine.

Oh, thank you very much! I didnt researched "Federate Forces", i tought the problem was because of a sub mod i added that allows you to recruit old units without replacing them with New ones.

Have you researched "Federate Forces" yet? They are not an extra unit but replace Protectores Domestici for the Eastern Romans and Elite Palatina for the Western Romans.

hi man you're mod is amazing!!! but i got 1 suggestion can you make more heavily armored and medieval looking unit for the franks ? there are no good looking unit mods for them except this one but it has only 1 xp so please this would be awesome

Good to see it works, yeah I had issues with steam not properly updating in the past as well; I believe the Total War Launcher all the newer games have is also very prone to cause problems. Have fun!

Thanks a lot it worked, I had a main problem with steam won't start updating the mod, it keeps scheduling it every 5 minutes, but it solved it self after deleting the 492647655, then validating the integrity of the game files, then clearing the download cache and login to steam again, and then opening the mod manager in the launcher and seeing the mod downloading again, it worked with all my activated mods I play with.

Tested it again and I can't replicate your issue, using this mod alone the game starts fine for me. If you don't have any other mods activated the only reason for your problem I could think of is that it somehow didn't update properly. Try unsubscribing, deleting the mod from your workshop/content/325610/492647655 folder (don't know if the last number is the same for everyone, if not you need to check which folder it is) and if it should be there from your data folder as well. After that subscribe and download the mod (should say 210,8 MB in steam) and try again.

The game still doesn't start with this mode only activated, I don't know what could be the problem.

Found the issue and fixed it, your game should now start. The problematic entry has actually been in this mod for a long time: I usually play with the Additional Units Mod (AUM) which introduces Armoured Archers for the WRE. As they have worse stats than my Sagittari Armati Germani I included a line that would have them upgraded to those via technology. When not using AUM that line prevented the game from starting. Thank you for reporting, let me know if the issue persists.

Yes, I tested and have the same issue now which is very strange; I played alot after the last update two weeks ago and neither the mod nor the game have changed since then. Looking into it, I'll let you know when I find a solution. You don't have to hold off with starting a new campaign in case you're waiting, this mod can be savely added afterwards.

Awesome mod, units are balanced and most importantly, not repetitive, but could you make an all units 1 turn recruitment version please ? It's just so frustrating to upgrade your troops only to find that now it takes 2 turns to recruit everything.

One example is the Sagittarii Armati Germani, created because the WRE couldn't upgrade their base militia tier archers (which are important for garrisons). As that unit made the WRE outshine its eastern counterpart in the ranged department instead of sharing the unit I gave the ERE the more fitting Legio Sagittaria, a straight upgrade to their Armoured Sagittarii. As a result, at least that's they way I feel, while the WRE now has armoured archers with great range the ERE has the more flexible unit which fires faster and doubles as a line defender, something the Germani can't hope to achieve.

It could very well be somewhat in favor of the WRE as when I first made this mod I was annoyed how the ERE has all the tools and can upgrade all common units to very good versions. My favourite and most played faction is the WRE after all (ERE coming in second). I didn't give more units to both factions as I felt while each one has pretty much a very strong roster in all areas (beside some small niches like naft throwers), sharing all units would take away any unique value they might have.

is it just me or does this mod make it so that the WRE now has a better army overall than the ERE? It feels a bit unbalanced in favour of the WRE atm and i dont understand why some of the units aren't shared

Alam is latin for wing, which was commonly used for cavalry units of the time; though I'm not entirely sure if it's grammatically correct

Can you change the Lanciarii Iuniores to type very heavy and add a little bit health and armor stats for them, cause WRE has no very heavy spear infantry.

Hi, I don't plan on making another version, but if you don't want the replacement of units you can just open the "terminator_unit_pack.pack" in your Total War Attila/ data folder using a tool such as PackFile Manager or Rusted PackFile Manager and delete the "technology_unit_upgrades_tables"

You can build them anywhere as long as you are playing as ERE or WRE and have the required military buildings.
