is a good mod butt ai turrets will not target large ships and they freez. still a good mod i like the guns intill its fixt i recommend to manually use the turrets

What's the ammunition called in Survival? Trying to find the shells for the 35.6NG Gun Turret, but the Assembler doesn't contain anything that flat-out says "35.6NG Ammunition".

The main housing on the 46.ONG is a little to small, would you please add a new 3 barreled turret called Yamato Turret, it needs to be about twice the size.
currently the base of the turret upon what it rotates is 21 small blocks in diameter, the turret on the Yamato is 41 small blocks in diameter. The height is currently about 6 small blocks however they need to be 9 at the very front and 13 at the back.

If you could add this I would be very happy as it is very hard to find or make one that is the correct size.

First off, I LOVE this mod. I tested these in creative and they worked well...at least until one of them took damage. i tried to weld an inop 46ng on my battleship with my little welding ship, and the game crashed. was able to replicate this two more times with the same result. i was using a couple other mods, but none that should be causing problems, at least that i can think of. i was playing on stable, offline, in creative.

They have a weird Armor Penetration Mechanic I found upon testing my warship to itself, but no response from the target. If there is a single block of armor, it seems to go through, then detonate, thus blowing out a huge section of outer armor. Granted the armor heavy with the decks of the ship being made of interior blocks, but it creates a cookiecutter effect. Done With the 46.0 NG at 4.4 Km.

this is a great mod, well balenced, but the 12 ng is way too strong for its size. would you think of lowering its damage? keep up the good work!

@ Kuisa go to your weapons.sbc and the line of code that starts with <MissileAmmoData RateOfFire= at the very end of it add ShotsInBurst="4"/> (Or a number that you want before it attempts to reload.
Example:
<MissileAmmoData RateOfFire="180" ShootSoundName="5inShot_Trevish" ShotsInBurst="8"/>

I've been using this mod for a while now and I have to agree that the turn speed could be slightly quicker. The texturing to me isn't a huge problem and the fire rate seems actually about accurate to a gun of that size. However, The damage is lacking a lot for the sake of balancing compaired to other weapons on the workshop. Personally, I've found better guns elsewhere now, But I would love to see these updated in the speed and damage departments.

Also, To the people having problems with the very big guns, I think the AI doesn't shoot them. They need to be manually fired. I'm not 100% on that though, But it really seems like they aren't ment to shoot under AI control. Kinda like it that way...

I have yet to getthe big guns to fire under ai control. they track But never fire that i can tell. I love the design over all. maybe you shoulld turn this mod over to someone that is actually going to fix the issues instead of just ignore them??? The big guns dont even want to fire when you control them manually. i lost 3 ships thanks to these failing to fire! Hard to fight off pirates with cannons that dont work!

The smaller AA turrets are pretty good, but teh big battleship guns take quite a while to turn. the firepower is accurate though. I would like the reload to speed up a bit, and maybe make it so the guns fire at the same time. :SBchicken:
