Honestly, my favorite Scooty hat. Wear the Elf set and an Indubitably Green Scout shirt and it looks amazing.

Dear Valve,

Thank you for making good looking items like the Medic, Spy, and Soldier halloween outfits only rarely usable and ugly Christmas items omnipresent. I was really getting tired of Team Fortress having a consistent, good-looking style and ugly paints and unusual particle effects weren't doing enough to ruin it.
