You should check out the Avatar Mod where you can play as one of the four nationsl. Maybe you can take over that Mod and start it up again!!

I wasn't due to those tribes being less explored in the shows. Air nomads are rarely seen in ATLA and Korra, while the water tribes could be taken as a north and south tribe or combined tribe from either show's era. I feel like Ozai and the Fire Nation just was more prevalent and poignant. I might change my mind in the future though.

chu ko nu can attack twice in 1 turn, depends on if you want power or mobility in the unit. If there's a bug with them and they are ending up the same i can work that out

Isn't the Yuyan Archer just a better chu-ko-nu?
