We are sorry but we cannot make the wing to be in the neck part even we really wish to do that. The reason behind it is because -

Head
LoD0 Triangle Limit: 800
LoD1 Triangle Limit: 700
Texture Size: 256H x 256W

Neck
LoD0 Triangle Limit: 400
LoD1 Triangle Limit: 300
Texture Size: 256H x 256W

Arms
LoD0 Triangle Limit: 500
LoD1 Triangle Limit: 400
Texture Size: 256H x 256W

Belt
LoD0 Triangle Limit: 700
LoD1 Triangle Limit: 600
Texture Size: 256H x 256W

This is Valve guideline for Lina, and as you can see, the Neck part only has 300 Triangle Limit (that is what we work for, when we make 3D models, we have to cut down the polygons (or triangles)

the wing is nowhere that we can cut it down into 300 polygons, that is why we can only fit it into the Belt slot (nearly! we cut down a few things on the wing as well to fit that 600 polygons)

Again, we are really sorry for unable to make this happen :(

Just realize this, if I'm not wrong, the wing is stick to the dress. I'm sorry but this is a huge let down. plz, plz plz fix it into the neck part.
