Just had the same problem as Angelo and Uboat. Even after using a pure JFD Modlist (well and Enlightment Era). Meaning all the mods for JFD's Civs and the Rise to Power Collection.

I use lots of mods, im subscried to all of JFDs civs(except for ones that use the community patch), im subbed to a few of sukritact, and a few others, im using IGE, one improvment mod, and a few other mods, im thinking maybe one of the mods that change england in some way ( i.e the great britain civ). But it could be the elightenment era mod that could be messing up the decisions to show up, other than that, i dont know what else could cause a issue

If you check the Civ V Mod wiki you'll see that THIS mod and others that change civilizations (like both Sweden Karl XII and Sweden-Norway) are compatable and make the changes the mods make.

A creative and unusual take on something that could've easily been butchered. England is a very difficult civilization concept to pull off, but what I see here looks like a resplendent balance of novel eccentricity to match the encapsulated nation, and achieved with unexplored game mechanics that already existed. I think I'm putting this on my all time favourites list. Great work!

with apologies, I'm a bit confused - is there a separate Elizabeth mod that has to be enabled too? I can't find that. Or does this mod affect the BNW Elizabeth as well, so if loaded and you play as Elizabeth it reflects the changes shown on the description?

I haven't tested the WLtKD bug (wasn't aware of it until now actually), so I can't comment on that at all, but I just wanted to say I had a LOT of fun with this civ -- I like separation of the England into naval and land focused civs, and I adore the thematic elements you gave Henry and the synergy between his passive and the Jousting Grounds.

Regarding the complaints about the power of cultural generation from the jousting grounds, I can see where they are coming from a bit. As long as you have a good production city to spawn units from you can generate and disband them for 35+ culture a pop and some gold.

Personally, I don't think it is too bad (what's the equivelent culture value of Poland's passive through the game again?), seeing that the hammers spent on units are hammers not spent on something else and culture costs increase, but something might be done to lessen it a bit.

Anyway, great job with mod and thanks for posting it. :)

Confirm j-me WLKD experience. Played for Culture Win, quickly increased stacked LKD for all cities in the hundreds. Effectively permanent with GP generation bonus. Ended with LKD>500, ie more turns than game lasts. Suggest rethink on this one. Cannot confirm Ideology change difficulties but significantLKD growth even without it.

Bug to report!
When changing ideology (because of pressure from other civs), you have to re-assign your tenets. I guess the game counts these as "adopting a new social policy", so they give you a huge number of bonus WLtKD turns. I just did it with 5 new social policies, and although I did have a high number of turns (last I had checked, 65) it was suddenly up to 202. You'd probably want to try to reproduce it to make sure it wasn't just my error in paying attention, but it's pretty major because it essentially makes We Love the King Days last until the end of the game every time you switch ideologies.

This mod seems really unbalanced. Enhances "We Love the King Day", makes more of 'em, and gives you longbowman, so domination becomes really easy.

JFD, I simply love your Civ mods! Just downloaded the Duchy of Milan the other day and am having a blast with it. Have you ever, or would you entertain the idea of making a Florentine civ mod ruled by the Medici? I think the Italian city states are so interesting. Anyways, keep up the fantastic work. Folks like yourself are what keep this game interesting.
