the bandit modifcation i made it now has a working grav gun i think it works at least it shoots the projectile so i think it works

because i use welders walls and small ship printers alot for example for the super raptor im working on a tunnel one can fly though to rearma and repair when its defending a asteroid station, and i still need to find something to quickly rearm bandits i had a small wall of 6 welders to rearm it during a attack its how i used a bandit to kill one void corps frigate, one wolfhound and i think it was two interdictors it was a attack from the faction with the more npc encounters v7 mod

the gunboat has all the parts it needs to be fully operational and everything is fully piped up also needed to move the grav generator for the internal area, but im still working on getting it to work i cant design stuff my self for the life of me im only good at editing stuff for purposes i need them, because if i try designing my own stuff it will take me months to make a ship for example a small ship basic miner im making, i started in november and its still not done because i want to be the best it can be, but giving a ship more fire power or editing one to give it the ability to repair or making a ship actually work like when i cant use that many scripts i have a backup collection and i have a modification their fighter that lets me repair them alot easier because if a ship doesnt have a repair projector ill put one on.

You're not wrong! If you look inside the old 'Artheris' carrier, there is a Red and Green squadron of Raptors. I ended up just using red for all fighters, until I used Blue for a Ghost variant without thinking about a system. While writing 'The Fleet Beyond Neptune' however, I decided to establish Green as the color of the 1st subunit (formation, squadron, squad, platoon, etc.), Blue for 2nd, Red for 3rd, and Yellow/Orange for support units.

That railgun modification looks nice by the way, if you can find the room for the gravity generators.

To those using this Fleet: I have just gone through nearly all Fleet builds (excepting stations and some small craft) and updated (or added) all the Horizon and Radar scripts. I have also replaced the Floor Plan script with Whip's newest SIMPL script. I've also fixed the clangy jittering of the 'Malignant' and 'Nosferatu', made new WHAM/LAMP-guided missiles to the 'Super Raptor S', and fixed some other old errors that I found. The images and description etc. are still the same, and I'll update those when I have the time.

Succubus, sure just send me a link to it on the Bandit workshop page and I'll take a look at it.

Succubus, yes, the great thing about Rdav's script is that any ship with a warship module slapped on it can be controlled by a ship with a command module (Vengeance and Wraith in this collection), without needing more modifications.

Hey I found your book through the TNF and OSA collections. I loved how you made the ships really detailed and I gave a try to your book. It's really awesome, I haven't finished it yet I'm just starting it but I love that you have everything figured out for your story!

could the vengence command more then the drones if i add the command modules to otherships for example the bandit because im thinking of retrofitting a bandit corvette with it so the vengence can command it maybe.

yea because im using these ships in survival and trying to only use blueprints of one collection, but i had to get a different collection i had on stand by for stuff like this.

I must admit I never made one for the Fleet. I've been wanting to make a hydrogen-powerer, all-environment, modular utility drone though, so maybe I can make that a tug as well.

I've finally made the Fleet Rankings v2 , where your fleet has been ranked on 8th place. Currently it simply ranks fleets based on average blueprint subscriber amount, but it could do so much more. I appreciate your work as fleet creator, and welcome you to join the discussion in comments here on what criteria would identify a great fleet.

@Ragnar Wulfson: If only I could find the harddrive of my old pc, I would show you screenshots of some horrendous early ships with my name on them. Practice makes better, I suppose.

@Drakray: Hi! No, they're not and I don't think they will. The ships chosen by the game developers to be buyable have a different, less block- and PCU heavy design philosophy than mine (which is a good thing).

@zeedawg02: I just noticed that as well, and it has to do with attached subgrids. For some reason, attached drones and modules now slightly drag ships down in gravity, despite the ships having dampeners enabled. This must surely be a recent game bug, though I have found three workarounds:
1: Activate one or more downward-pointing thrusters on the attached drone, or
2: Use thrust override on one or more of the downward-pointing thrusters of the main ship, or
3: Use a hovering script on the main ship.

Hello, Malmhrid, I've been playing around with your ships for a while now (very impressive stuff, by the way), and I noticed that the planetary capable ships seem to float downwards at 0.15 m/s when I spawn them in atmosphere. Is this normal or is there a fix? Thanks!

I have just published the 'Vengeance'-class drone carrier, carrying four 'Impaler' drones and a new 'Talaria' shuttle. I made it to be used with Rdav's Fleet Command script, though that script was broken by the game update yesterday. The script components (programmable blocks, antennas, timer blocks, etc.) are still there, but they do not work. I will update the ship when the script is fixed.

I suddenly had a burst of creativity, and made a 'Lancehead'-sized frigate in the newest style similar to the 'Inferno'. It is called the 'Ravager' class. While still having a medium-high PCU amount (around 18 000 with attached small grids), I have skipped the usual amount of welders, timer blocks, doors, etc. to keep it well below 20 000.

@Wood morning: Thanks, glad to hear you are enjoying the ships! I really like the idea of module swapping, it is what made me build the "U" variants, though I don't think I'll significantly change the variants from what they are now. As with any of my ships, you are more than welcome to publish your own versions of them on the workshop though, if you wish!

Hi! First of all I wanted to thank you for all of your hard work! I really enjoy playing with your designs. Recently I have been making some field modifications to the Ghost line of dropships.

In my opinion, the one that I can't live without is the addition of merge blocks on the "wings" of the craft, to allow the mounting and hot-swapping of various ordinance (such as guided missiles and rocket pods) and other modules. I have made this simple modification in the field on all of the ghost variants we have received.

I have attached some screenshots that I took below of the medivac variant to show the idea. I was hoping you might like it and incorporate it in the base model.

The 'Wraith' Command Carrier! It will carry 'Ghost' U-types with ion missiles, and use Rdav's Fleet Command script. The design is finished, and all blocks have been placed. The remaining work is the programming of the timer blocks and text panels, testing and revising, and making the workshop-related film and pictures.

@Leprechaunlock: Thank you! As you can imagine, I usually avoid mods on the workshop (though I use some when I play survival etc.). They would be a pain to keep up to date for more than a few months. As with the decorative DLC blocks, I try to place vanilla blocks that are easily replaced by modded blocks, though.

@Illegal Poptart: Well, I add production equipment to all my ships, so I currently have no plans for a specific factory ship. I might make one as another auxillary ship next to the "Thalassa", but I won't spend time on that right now.

@oneil: Hi! As I try to keep all these ships up to date, I don't think I will make second versions of them with DLCs. That being said, I try to place "decorative" vanilla blocks with the DLC in mind. So the makeshift "holographic tables", "beds" and "tables" can be replaced with their DLC block equivalent.
