There is something wrong with how you did the transition of light color to dark, so instead of having a single flowing change in color, some of the parts in the front look like they are floating and not part of the set. The chest/beard area looks unfinished / or should have something put there and the head's T part isn't working. My complaints are mostly directed in the front area, when I look at the back, it looks complete and is already somewhat amazing.
