Another excellent idea actually - I shall do so. In short just to get you started, for large ships the only mods in use are...

TVSI-Tech (see the linked collection)
Darth Biomech – Titan Engine (Ifrit Battleship only)
DeadTech – CatWalk Pack (Most)
DeadTech – MessHall Pack (All)
SSI – Regent Stairs (Most)

My modding aims are always to keep it simple. Only deeper engines actually effect performance, everything else is effectively cosmetic and only what the stock game can't provide (for example I don't use the rather stunning Kolt consoles as they make a room look amazing - but amazing because of the consoles, not the room, if that makes sense).

I intend to replace the Titan Engine with my own one (more in line with my stock-a-like performance beliefs) and also replace CatWalk and Regent stairs with my own over time as well. Can see me replacing MessHall any time soon though!

@Tristavius, if the blueprints link to the world details that might be good enough. I guess I didn't look hard enough. What might be a good practice for people out there is link to a collection of mods that are in use in your blueprint. That way if I grab a blueprint, I can just click the collection, subscribe to each mod and I'm good to go.

I also have 'legacy' ships which are 100% stock; I just need to re-upload them this weekend :)

Hi Delta99. You've raised a good point actually. All the Blueprint files don't say much as there's a full and detail page on the world file for the vessel (links provided in the blueprint). That includes a mods list.

Might not be a bad idea form me to have the mods list at least on each Blueprint itself though :) Will get the lists added ASAP :)

A few months ago, after consulting with a lot of the community (and when it became clear Keen didn't seem to be adding more mods to the stock game) I started a program of light modding, though with a stringent set of self of rules. Most of the mods I use are made by my own TVSI-Tech.

Do you specify what mods are needed anywhere? I think I saw your original post on Keen forums saying mostly everything would be unmodded but not seeing much here. Everything says Lightly modded which I am assuming means a few mods. That would be fine but need to know which ones.

Rest will follow. I originally decided to stick with worlds rathern than BPs but being as they can now be used for survival construction and even for repairing current ships I think it's time to release these as well!
