Hi everyone, I have two questions:

Where exactly should I search for "planecrash" in VPP?

Is there any guide or instructions on how to set up the custom configuration?

Hi you can not shoot down the planes there is no example in the video of doing that. The containers have a bigger cargo to allow for different item sizes and its capped at 30 so they can all fit anymore the container would be full and items would fail to spawn.

Also i have never seen a plane crusing around which i can shoot down as you did in the video

Survival Im not compatible with LB but the mod is map markers.
Catalla Its only set up for English but i plan to add universal languagecore at a later date for now its open source and free to repack if you want add a Russion text to the mod.

Yer you may need to delete the old one for the new one to reload but saying that the markers shouldn't work if you don't have that option in the config. Yer i still havnt looked into it but will when i get a free day.

Alright, my bad then! I did check the config before I wrote to you, although I might have just checked the servers active config file, instead of the updated one in your mod folder. I'm not sure tbh. I see the marker options in the latest config description now. That's all I need, so thanks!

And btw, I think you've done a great job with this one and I too believe a similar train wreck mod, as someone else mentioned, would be awesome!

Can you please make the new server markers toggable in config? It's not the best solution for hardcore servers or any server really that wants to use your mod close to how the vanilla plane crash works. Map markers ruins the surprise factor of dynamic events such as this, which is a big no-no in my book. Thanks.

Setch if you want add custom locations read the description it can be adjusted in the config folder located in Ruckus / plancrashsettings.json there is a description in the mod folder.

If you use a hosting for the server - install this mod like all the others. If you want to run a local server on your personal PC - better find a video guide on YouTube, there is nothing complicated there!

If your talking about ai spawning with the mod you then yes if you put the class name PlaneCrash in the class name section in AiPatrolSettings this should be enough to make them spawn in with the plane this will not make the ai have a matching key the key will still spawn with zombies as the mod intends. You could make a custom ai loadout with the key in a pocket or something like that and select that loadout for the ai on the crash but that is another entire method unrelated to my mod.

If you leave it at random the possible spawn points are endless the mod detects a safe spot to spawn that is all no coordinates predefined so it will pick a random safe spot to spawn anywhere on the map loaded.

I have been using the mod on my server and it is great now after a little bit of tweaking the settings. Thank you! No more shitty heli crashes lol.

Can you please tell me how many spawn points there are for the plane crash if we leave the setting at "random" spawn? I do have the option to use the vanilla heli crash spawn points but I will not do that if I am happy with the amount of spawn points you have added by default. Thanks again.

Love the new changes! I was giving mining bars in my container and they would always be left over. I had little mining gardens all over the map LOL... Great mod one of my favs! Ty for making this for us!

Also the Config is now generated in a new folder Ruckus and will be read from there this is to keep all my mods in a shared folder for future releases. It wont delete the old Planecrashsettings so you can just copy and paste over the top if you were running custom spawns.

Major update was pushed for how the loot spawns will now be found inside a crate in the container. message duplication for expansion should be fixed. also adjusted the positioning of the crash to sit a lot better with terrain. (This was a big change script wise let me know if you find any bugs.)

This looks nice, think I will replace the vanilla heli crashes with this because we all know those heli crashes are just completely broken now and have been a long time. Will install it tomorrow and do some testing, let you know how it works out. Thanks
