It's great, although perhaps a bit much. I'm sure Valve will add special effects to it if it gets added, but currently I don't really like things that don't make sense.

I'm mostly talking about his artifact on his back... it's just floating there, and makes no sense being there currently.

That said, is it possible to convert one of the parts into the Misc cosmetic slot? Perhaps his crown or that cross on his back? It's always fun mix & matching sets, and both of those pieces would be nice to separate.
