First, great mod, I love Dune and i love this mod too, thank you. But, I have noticed that the weapons added by this mod are smaller than the vanilla weapons, the stinger and quill are hard to see. I wonder if it is just on my end.

Having vacuum resistance is nice, but the executioner armour doesn't have enough cold resistance to keep pawns outside for a while, they just freeze to death quite quickly. Kinda lame, I really like the aesthetics of executioner armor much more than the mandatory VAC suits

Is it possible to get these two Houses as Factions that use all the equipment/weapons. Would be awesome for a playthrough as either house and getting raided by the other, or even just having either as a high tech enemy would be cool.

I am LOVING these Dune Mods but may i request, to properly make the Baron himself:

Morbidly Obese trait: Pawn's mobility is almost reduced to nothing

Flotation Device: Allows legless panws to move slowly and ignore terrain penalties

Added full vacuum resistance to Executioner Armour and Scout Armour.

Blacktrooper Armour has partial vacuum resistance.

Is anyone seeing thingClass errors for ammo or weapons in this mod?

Config error in Ammo_ROD_Rifle: has null thingClass.

Looking at the XML in the mod, I don't see a thingClass defined but, strange I'm the only one seeing it.

harkonnen are known to poison their blades... and in general favor weapons that main, cripple and mutilate without necessarily killing too quickly, since fear is their power-hold

really looking forward to the next updates to this mod. Rimworld is such a good base for a Dune style playthrough. Neeeed more features
its scary how much these two (rimworld and dune) overlap and im dissapointed i never thought of that myself

they could work with the colony leader from ideology

Hey @Lenxt, thanks for kind words.

Regarding the Blacktrooper armor — its insulation is designed to handle moderate heat, but if you're planning to operate in extreme environments like deep desert, the Scout armor is better choice. It’s essentially a modified version of the Blacktrooper armor, made specifically to withstand harsh temperatures.

As for the weapons — one of our core principles is to maintain vanilla-friendly balance. We aim not to introduce anything significantly more powerful than what's already in the game. Since most ranged weapons in RimWorld are industrial-tier, and only a few are spacer-tier, we've chosen to keep ours within this range
