I like this mod, but I have this weird bug when I use it. Whenever I start a new game, the screen flashes before your character gets up. And any time I dig up turf, it flashes the same way. I troubleshooted it down to just this mod as the only one active at the time. I want to keep this mod enabled, but my knowledge of this glitch makes it less enticing. Can anyone else confirm?

This can be made compatible with Shipwrecked by the user easily.

Navigate to your Steam directory and enter the Don't Starve Mod folder. Open the folder that reads "workshop-339210552". Once inside, open the file modinfo.lua with notepad or a similar program. Look for the following text:

client_only_mod = true
dst_compatible = true
dont_starve_compatible = true
reign_of_giants_compatible = true
all_clients_require_mod = false

Add "shipwrecked_compatible = true". Save. Start DS. Enjoy.

I noticed some pretty high performance hit when using this mod. I also have some map icons mods but not sure if it's related like he said.

This mod, in combination with "More Map Icons" mod causes an EXTREME frame drop. I barely could get 30fps+. Thta's really too bad and I hope it could be fixed because both your mods are very useful in conjunction with each other. :)

The minimap is still visible when Woodie is in beaver form. This is kind of a cheat, because the map is not supposed to be available at that time. The normal map is disabled during beaver form.

@pigshaam Alright, he added a note about RoG on his mod page since I last checked. I was right in my guess - he's waiting until early access is over. Huzzah, soon we'll have auto-sorting as well!

@pigshaam Last I checked he hasn't really commented yet. I'll check again in a bit. Perhaps he is waiting for final release - I know some modders are waiting until early access is done to start.

@pigshaam No problem. You're a talented modder to put together something so incredibly danged useful, and like I said, English isn't -perfect- yet but pretty decent, so don't sweat it. Glad you removed the apology!

You should consider doing an auto-sorter mod for DST, man! The dude who made it for single player DS doesn't seem to be porting his over. I know a lot of people would kill for that. Might get ya another five star mod on the workshop. *grin* You'd have to start over if you didn't have his blessing to port his though, but maaan it'd be worth the effort. Think! No more having to manually sort inventory while you have important things to do, like not starving!

Anywho take care and thanks for the minimap mod. Really helps with exploration in particular and I love filling in my map efficiently. :3

Nice mod. And don't be self-conscious about your English (regarding the apology in your mod description)! Sure, it isn't absolutely perfect, but it's still quite good. At the very least, probably better than you think!

My favorite part of this mod is the ability to resize the minimap - something another minimap mod I was using did not allow (and I felt it was a bit too large in that mod). Thanks for the quality mod!
