As for the Belt Armor, the thickness mentioned in the tooltip is nation-specific. I believe that you quoted the British modules. Other nations might have thicker or thinner armor descriptions. Also, there is a Super Heavy Armor module as well.
As for refitting, this is because at the start of a match, a lot of designs are created, most of which are broken. So in order for them to not clutter the production tab, they are mostly designated as outdated. You should be able to recommission ship designs by clicking the round, grey button in the top right corner.
Can i use this pne with the mod "Special Projects Advanced Neclear Engine".That addon nuclear engine for DDs,cruisers,submarines & BB(BC)
Game immediately crashes when the Spanish Civil War kicks off even if this mod is the only one active.

Your mod is one of the most brilliant mods around imo. For a navy enthusiast like myself it's the only worthy succesor to Naval Rework mod II and actually allows the construction of historic ships!
