The Ledge was a little bit too strong ngl. but I think it would be great to reintroduce it, but as a destructible. It would be so funny if you shoot someone down. It would also mean that the T side can permanently block the ledge if they shoot it.

Why remove the CT ledge, the actual good change to the map, while keeping that absurd T ledge that broke the entire flow of the map? And now it will be so much worse. Please return and leave the ledge as is...

just played with some negative iq lithuanian who was spamming in both voice and text chat that, "I"M BREAKING THE SOUND GUYS IM BREAKING THE SOUNDDDDD"
idk what the fk he was doing, shooting fire extinguishers and some specific objects, and after that the sound was gone

The map is ruined by bugs and lags. Where're the developers? Can't even play this.

After the 14.8.2025 update agency game sounds are bugged and the map is pretty much unplayable.

everyone in game had a problem with sound. sometimes it came late but usually after 4-6 rounds. for example when I shoot 10 bullets with an AK , I hear it partially and only hear 2 bullets being fired even though you shoot 10.

Also you can't hear footsteps or running and sometimes the sounds cut off completely.

- bugged weapon sounds

-bugged shooting sounds

- bugged footstep / jump sounds

- bugged hostage sounds

28.8.2025 still bugged, the only solution is to restart the game completely when your sounds starts bugging and you have to do it 2-4 per match

It was the favourite map for me and my whole team. We've been playing this map for years non-stop.
But now it has so many bugs it's literally unplayable. No sounds. Lags everytime anyone throughing any grenades.
The lighting is too dark. In CS2 it was bright map but here it's just like in the basement. Bad positions for the hostages. The map is not giving the same feel as in CS:GO.

Please make some changes to the bugs, lighting and gameplay! We all hope to play good Agency again

All of the new additions to the CS2 version are objectively worst. Shit ton of Rainbow 6 Siege worthy pixel angles and an extremely unbalanced position for hostages that make it insanely T-sided

can you fix the table thats in little office, becuase there is something wrong with hit boxes, when cts boost in office and you aim at their head, it does not register. PLEASE!!!!!!
