After all, this mod is barebone
It is possible whatever you saw was mostly a result of TFB rather than this, since I barely touched anything with this mod in order to maintain compatibility
now i'm not a modder nor do i know how it works, but is it possible to just make the ai always try its hardest to maximize stats (for example any nation regardless of mod making divisions around buffs they get in their focus tree) while also keeping into account their industry
For the universal mod, I prefer to test it thoroughly in different scenario, setting, etc first before making any update.
so this mod is actually very much ineffective by comparison
