Many mods that add little things like this one never need updates as generic leader code has not changed since 2016.

whenever i use this mod i get 'unamed' for all the generic leaders

There is no plan to fix this, as all ways of doing that would impact mods compatability, would take a while, and would still have issues with countries in whose languages Female and Male surnames difer.

Not only in power, there are many leaders who of non-ruling ideologies who have unique leaders (Some do not have unique portraits, but are hardcoded to use vanilas generic portraits). Some releasebles dont have any unique leaders.

However leader and admiral portraits should still work.

It seems like neither male nor female portraits pop up with NSB enabled and I have all the dlcs just to have enabled as well and there were no female division commanders at all at start of the game I was the soviet union for this test

Yeah the generals portraits work I was talking about the brigade commanders portraits for the females not working and when you promote them the portraits still dont pop up.

Damn well your female portraits you have in the regular mod is mostly unseen when it comes to field commanders its mostly grey blank portraits with just names.

@Kimchi All Asian portraits are from China, Korea and Japan. Arab portraits fit way better.

FYI, Central Asia isn't Arab they are Asian. You should have Asian portraits.

In the next update I will be adding 94 new leader portraits (from scientists, I will add only those portraits were they are not holding anything and are generic/less known).

But if you are expressing your hate towards me adding portraits to Arabia, know that it is a gameplay term, and I am not declaring my support for pan-arabisim then I am using it. Also how does sharia law tie into this ? You do know what most pan-arabist were secular ?

Following change is canceled:
Made division commanders use newly added portraits, thus fixing a bug with NSB where they would change portraits then promoted.

(I did this because fixing it would be long and tedious, and I dont even own NSB and dont know its true effect (If someone has it tell if it only doeos not make any changes division commanders or generals ) )

@jcole_300 If you are playing vanila or a vanila like mod (example Road to 56) its because Costa Rica and most other nations have whole bunch of unique leaders who are hardcoded to use vanilas generic portraits. Simply cause a civil war tag over to them and then annex the original goverment(Best doone with Toolpack without errors).
