The stone cutters and sculpting bench have graphical errors where there is a line of broken graphic above them when I have it activated.

@dev1l when activating multiple texture mods, the lower mod in the modlist will overwrite the higher ones (if they cover the same items), so better to choose just one. Tho our mod is made to complement VTE, so you also need to get it if you choose this.

I'd absolutely love a treatment of "Vanilla Races Expanded - Lycanthrope" in the style of "Vanilla Pawns Retextured".
Having high-res pawns with low res ears, tails and noses is just wrong :D


I'm willing to donate for it if you leave provide an option to do so.

VTE does, I believe. Even if it doesn't, Anomaly killed my family and filed a death certificate in my name so I can't get a job, pay rent, cover my insurance etc. etc. so we will not be covering that.

VTE is super random in what it covers and what it does not despite being one of the oldest VE mods, but I understand that Call of Duty Zombies Expanded takes precedence over, iunno, quality.

Thanks to the over 20k people that subscribed, and even more thanks to the people who left awards under the mod for allowing me to clown react quite a few posts that praise Anomaly.

If nothing goes wrong, there will be one final update to this mod at around mid-April. There will likely be no further updates outside of fixes, XML edits and such after that.

I have had, to my knowledge, every vanilla texture that is not covered by Vanilla Textures Expanded (bless their hearts, they VE team was too preoccupied with Vanilla Vitamins Expanded to complete VTE) done from scratch, almost bankrupting myself and sending Big G to the loonie bin in the process, but we have endured, and the items in your game that you are probably never going to look at anyway have been HDified.

If, after activating this mod, you completely forget about its existence, I will have succeeded in my vision of... who am I kidding, I did it all for myself.

I was actually running the VTE pack because I know it also had a non torn t-shirt variant in it and i wanted to play with it so see how it was, color me surprised when a torn variant showed up.

If you are having issues with the mod order and this mod overriding your mod, downloading RimSort and editing the load rules for the non-torn shirt mod to load after this one permanently fixes the issue.

@The Blind One Yeah, it sucks now that you pointed it out, its so fucking unconsistent, too, it is the only torn item in the game... Thankfully, someone named The Blind One made an awesome mod for that https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3066712723 .

Yeah I just deleted the shirtbasic and shirbutton folders but I didn't even realize there was a non-rip version in the basic shirt folder from this mod. Huh well would you look at that :steamhappy:

@macssog I think there's some code that allows clothing to change appearance based on how damaged it is, I suppose Tynan's idea was that the torn basic t-shirt would be the testing ground for this implementation but it just never got implemented and the torn version stuck around in its current form. I absolutely hate it tho :steamfacepalm:

The t-shirt texture is already torn in vanilla (Tynan's plan or something idfk, buy his book), this mod aims to just HDify vanilla textures, so you might want to hit one of the non-torn clothing mods like G said. I might commission something for that, but don't expect it any soon

@The Blind One: There are texture replacement for non-torn shirt, but you must do it manually!

Go to the mod's folder (3276562906) > Textures > Things > Pawn > Humanlike > Apparel > ShirtBasic, and replace the content with textures from "Norips" folder.

Seems your mod has 2 textures that override the textures from vanilla textures expanded, at least so far that I have found.

These are basic t-shirt and the button down shirt as these are already included in VTE.

VTE has non-torn t-shirts while your has torn t-shirts. I cannot stand the torn t-shirts 😂

I understand you may want to keep your textures in this texture pack ofc, it would be a waste of your effort not too but could you offer it as an togglable option or give a warning in the description? Seeing torn t-shirts had me triggered harder than seeing Trump get elected. Think of the pain my suffering tailors had to go through to perfect a masterwork t shirt only to see it torn at the moment of its creation? 😭

This is perfection! The only complaint I have is that terrain looks barren with grass being so sharp, visually it makes it look like there's less of it so the whole map is more brown if that makes sense. But everything else is amazing, thank you so much!

Oh, yeah - my bad - fucked up the crop there. It's in fact just those two benches - the other textures listed there are actually vanilla itself.

@tide{S}haper industries: hello, thanks for the report! We'll fix the fabrication and hitech research bench on our next update. Among our textures those 2 indeed are the only ones with unique resolution.

I don't recognize the other PNGs in your screenshot tho.
