@lydocia - Hmm, maybe you have another mod causing a conflict there? With just this mod active I was able to fill a mass gave with 20 dead raiders. After the first pawn is buried, the graphic changes to the "full" one, but the count remains at 1/20, and pawns will continue adding more until it reaches 20/20. The 21st corpse just stayed out in the rain XD

@Cybranian - Should only require an update to the About folder for 1.6 from what I have seen

It "works" on 1.6 in the sense that you can activate it and it won't crash, but the graves will only take one pawn and be considered "full". We had the same issue going from 1.4 to 1.5.

@BoltKumar - Because dumping corpses in a stockpile zone causes the colonist who did it to experience a debuff in mood from seeing a corpse, but digging 60 graves after a raid sucks.

As a quick workaround, you can dev mode destroy and then god mode replace a mass grave to manage the wealth impacts. Feels a bit too close to cheesing the system, but at the same time I feel like corpses shouldn't count towards wealth.

I second the despawning corpses request. I mean, it's unlikely we'll ever exhume a corpse we've already buried, so just remove it and be done with it. Right now it's much more efficient to collect all bodies in a dumping zone and toss a molotov at the pile, both for performance and wealth reasons. It'd be cool if these here mass graves became a viable alternative to that instead of just a flavor for roleplaying purposes.

MAybe just as an option, but it'd be awesome if they eventually despawned corpses, another mod 'Bury on the spot' has this and I think this would be a perfect middle ground for viability.

@Ikko you can already bury your cat in a grave, graves act like storage, click on them and you can change the allowed pawns; set one to allow animals. Personally I'd also recommend looking at Wanzimar's big and small grave mods cause then you can have a smaller grave for your kitties

Fair warning to all who look upon this, graves are a trap. Buried corpses still count towards your colony wealth which means more and larger raiding. Now you know, and plan accordingly

It's kept covered, and the pawns will add to it over time.

Added mid save and I can only add one body to a grave before it's sealed up. Seems to be a bug, does anyone have any idea?

This is amazing! Thanks a lot! However I must ask, does this work with Combat Extended? Whenever I use this mod and Combat Extended at the same time for some reason whenever my pawns walk over the graves they "fall in" and disappear, I don't even get a message of them dying or anything, they are just gone

This mod has settings that allow you to enable a different type of grave. As far as I know this is the norm. Only one type of grave can be built in the game at the same time

Likewise, it also appears only the 3x3 grave is buildable, not the longer one in the picture?
