The other one? If you mean Animated Revia Ears - Retexture , it needs this one mod as dependency.
Maybe any error?

And this one mod (as well as other animation mods) must be save to remove.

New update is released!
Now you can change animations settings - select a pawn and click "S/F" in the bottom left corner.

I've got the same problem. Did some testing, for me it was XML Extension causing it.

@Radiosity you have to enable -draw gene parts- in the facial animation settings

@Radiosity, if you observe the preview gif, you can CLEARLY see animated eyebrows and eyes, meaning YES this DOES and SHOULD work with facial animation without a patch

Bug report: Doesn't work with facial animation WIP, it prevents the ears from displaying. Tail animation works fine. Compatibility mod would be awesome, as the animated ears are adorable, but I'm also not willing to forgo my facial animations ;p

Ears retexture require this mod active, so I guess yes.
Animated tails do not conflict with this mod (and ears retexture too), so yes - they are compatible.

This sounds amazing, and I'm already subbing after seeing what the tails in the other mod look like, but is there any possibility to include a preview of the animations?
