I can't find the basic wooden floor anymore, unfortunately. It's most likely a mod interaction, but before I try to solve the issue, is it maybe hidden within one of your replacements?
Can you consider adding it? Kinda weird how you can't organize the order because of this.

ETA: I tried exiting and reloading. Upon loading the save in, it seemed 'fine' but when I clicked on the Floors menu tab it kicked off the 'root level exception', filling the log.
