FYI the RBR devs were a good amount of the developers behind the other map mods. Most of us have moved on in some fashion. Theres a skeleton crew of 3-5 developers working on RBR NER and M&M atm.

for anyone waiting for this mod to update, there is a map filler mod out there that allows you to play most if not all of the mods dependent on this one while you wait for the update, there may be some content you will be unable to do (I'm playing as D.C. enclave and a branch of the focus tree need rustbelt rising) but it does work for me.

Red Velvet its the april 4th version of owb from moddb and the december 12th version of east coast rising from skymods. These are the minimum required to run current version of Rustbelt

Y'know, out of curiosity.

Does anyone know the version of OWB this was made for? Or well, the version before everything Rustbelt-related broke?

I do want to try this mod, and if it's possible to downgrade OWB [and related mods] to that version (probably harder than I'm making it sound), then it could be something worth trying.

Idk I don’t work on the mod anymore. I’m just the founder/steam owner at this point.

I can say that they are still working on it in the development channels in discord. But I have no way measuring the progress.
