这些effects本来可以直接调用通用的汉化语句的，但是洋人不知道发了什么癫重写了一遍，这些文本翻译起来十分繁琐而且无趣，没几个人爱去做这种乏味的重复工作，汉化组都是闲暇时顺带做做翻译，我也不能强行命令人家去干，我自己也不爱干，故不能一下实现完全汉化，暂时搁置了，以后会随着版本更新一点一点一点翻译出来

每次加载mod我都要加载半天不知道你们是不是都有这个问题

这mod还挺有想法，机制虽然不完善但国策和路线拓展非常多，算是基础游戏框架下相当不错的东亚mod了
