However I am unsure if the AI was ever able to activate it during my saves. Maybe lowering its PP cost will make them more likely to choose it, unless there is a weight taken into account on how important it is for them. If they even can activate decisions.
Might just be placebo but in 2 games over 5 years I haven't found a state with over 10 corruption.
If that's the case, could you please fix it so that it supports the official Japanese language?
I selected the official Japanese language in the launcher settings, installed this mod, and played Hoi4, but there were a lot of text display bugs and the screen went all weird. If you could just fix that, it would make it much easier to create translation mods.
I've also posted photos and details of the bugs on Discode.
I can consistently make it about 5 years in while spending the vast majority of my PP budget combating it with max level administration and Education/Welfare/Healthcare budget; and still death spiraling.
Meanwhile my corruption level climbs into the 130-140% range which is just absurd, leading to a new corruption event every month and lower stability.
I make enough money, there's just too much to spend PP on and not enough ways to make it (at least that I know about)
The only thing I'd like to see is a world reserve currency system + more methods to improve your exchange rate (maybe add interest rates and a demand system?) in order to make it work, as, the only current 'issue' with this mod is the lack of any sort of interconnection between other nation's economies.. and also to fix my economy constantly fucking inflating despite my summary reading as low as sub 10% (at times) inflation risks for no discernible reason.
