Try modifying the eye colors with the Facial Animation menu as a temporary workaround, new pawns should be spawning with new eye colors.

I installed it mid save with the eyegenes2 mod and all my pawns have the same eye color, why? Does it only work with new saves?

if you want to maintain the mod im all for it i haven't done much work on the fork as i don't have the free time to do so

@Reel I do actually have that(and the three mentioned in it), but it seems leathery faces aren't supported or w/e.
If I turn off the animations it'll show.

Are there any plans to support EyeGenes2Lite? From what I could tell, everything you'd need is already there. You'd just have to make the EyeGenes2 patch detect the lite version as well. Anyway, great mod as always!

i might be wrong or do something wrong, but this mod didn't "add" new eyes, just replaced old ones. No bionic eyes texture...

I think it's not about outdated databases.
It's about sorting methods.
If you deleted the "Vanilla Textures Expanded - [NL] Facial Animation" in modDependencies in About.xml. The sort function will work properly.

Maybe, The sorting methods will put dependencies before the mod. It will conflict with your loadBefore wirtten in About.xml.

rimsort dependency loop fix:
1. delete any user rules for facial animation, ve retex, or this
2. in settings under sorting tab, uncheck use dependency rules
3. restart and refresh rimsort
4. profit

I'm getting a pawn that has a blank face every now and then. Would this be the cause? Load order is correct

No issues here with Rimsort. I don't think people are configuring the databases for community sorting rules etc in the settings.

Nothing I can do, it's a RimSort issue. Take it up with them, otherwise check the install order section

I love it when RimWorld mod managers have outdated databases or sorting methods, now I get to worry about it happening to both Rimpy AND RimSort!

Going to be deleting any comments reporting the bug from now on, not my problem.

They’ll need to be patched to work with EyeGenes2, this mod doesn’t do that.

the mod does not work with eye color, gen "Gusar" does not have red eyes, or other genes also do not have gray or white color, a mod for additional colors will not fix this problem.
