you might update this mod, 4 other decisions other than "bonus characters" are missing

It adds characters to countries and it is also add a decision to add characters, no matter which country you are being. The countries that get new characters is the UK, Germany, USA and Japan.

Well I didn't really make this, I only translated this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2936433728 . Why? Because I wanted to play that mod, but translated and I thought I might as well upload it, just in case other people also wanted to play that mod, but translated.
