Finally, I loved your sub-mod, it's a shame they removed it.

I tried to make those pieces a part of a new state but this somehow resulted in a crash. I looked into it and tried several suggestions to fix it but it kept crashing. Moving provinces instead of merging them into new states is much more stable as it seems. About the island, yes it seems I have forgotten it. I will add it as soon as I can.
