If it is not you hosting and first way didnt help:
Go to C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\Barotrauma\WorkshopMods\Installed\3100128373\Content\Characters\Human
Copy Human_female.png and paste it in 3100128373\UnderwearTexture with override.
This will only work on your side tho.
On my side in server as a host performance fix doesnt cause any flickering.
You can make it in singleplayer campaign, create character you want and then copypaste all stats

Где вы взяли звуки для персонажей?
All hats with slots will cause that issue, yes. (happens because of possible thermals)
I don't think it is a big deal so I didn't mention it.
there also wearing clown mask without goggle in it will cause the UI of interacting nearby characters to be hidden (grab and check health text)(can still perform the actions but just UI not shows).
but this I believe is the game problem as other mod also have same issue.
You can do it yourself tho.
Go to:
C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\Barotrauma\WorkshopMods\Installed\3100128373\UnderwearTexture
and replace Human_female from Content\Characters\Human. It will work only on your client.
By the way, is there any plan to remove underwear? It will cause bugs that make underwear flashes constantly when used together with Performance Fix.
Picture mostly just shows everything that mod has, and I didn't think about anything else while making it
