The white-silver and yellow-gold are okay. But we already have snow effects and golden sparkle effects, so it feels a bit redundant.
Not a fan of the pale team-coloured reddish/blueish effect.

I think you should remove the bursting stars, kinda makes it stray a bit far from the tf2 artsyle. The rest of the effect is nice though, but the other colour variations can go, there's already way too many effects in game and I'd love for just the white version to be accepted.

You should 100% remove the bursting stars, it makes look very off. Without them, it looks far more clean.

I think this effect would look better if there were less stars (removes some of the noise), upscale the stars slightly, make the effect smaller as it's a tad too big, and slow down the effect as It is way too fast. Cool idea overall, would love to see in game showcases to see how the effect reacts in-game.

Haven't seen your promo work before so it startled me at first when the sniper started moving his head around in the gif promo. Effect itself looks pretty nice, but you should really include an example of what it looks inside of the game rather than just a render
