i have an even batter idea what if you made a mod where countries start only at thier capitals with land beetween them that they can expand into from their capital that would be cool luxembourg controlling half of germany france in italy yugoslavia in mongolia etc so many funny things would form

@Game star yeah you're right, I mainly made this mod for myself so I wasn't paying attention to what might work and not work without certain DLC. Probably the only mod you really need is MtG and BBA because of the naval and air designs, but for the rest I think it should only be missing gfx

this would be so amazing, Jest maybe remove a few DLC resitrictions? Like, why do you need battle for bospours?
