Please check the ideas, they are not totally bad right? I have tried once and hitler could hold the soviets and british even after he lost berlin for more than 1 year, until I sent volunteers to france to break the siegfried line.

Well that's should not be a problem that the pol-pot personally idea de-urbanization would be automatically removed if its not pol-pot. fascist countries would not be able to have such a decision, only nazis may use it and would have ideas of internment and vernichtungslager which nazis indeed did in history.

one last thing can u also make the decision for "radical decision" decision only available for pol pot kampuchea since in other countries that's fascist have that option on and its kinda breaking the game for AI playing it and thank you

sure but the real problem is that he would still be there even if kampuchea was puppet by vietnam
