I absolutely hate when paradox does this, I have the English setting on for a reason... so I actually know what the nation's name is. This should've already been in base game, but since it isn't, this is a fantastic mod. 10/10

Yeah I think AAT only changed a few city names. By Blood Alone changed a bunch of Italian names though.

I have no idea if it's Ironman compatible, all the mod does is change two English localisation files.

I could change city names in future. The only names I can think of were changed in AAT, like Kobenhaven -> Copenhagen. If you can think of others let me know.
State names are a bit less prioritised for me as they don't appear on the map as much, unless you click on them.

And have you considered changing the names of cities/states if there are English equivalents?
