Starting a new save with this mod enabled seems to work though. Not a big problem because I know theres always a risk of a save breaking when adding mods midgame.
Mod should now be significantly more compatible with most mods, as long as you put this mod below any mods that add/edit buildings.
Fixing the conflict between this mod and RT56 isnt possible due to both mods using the same file.
That being said, you can go manually into the files of RT56 and edit the "00_buildings.txt" file and change the Supply Hub cost, and then disabling this mod. That being the only way I can see this working.

The mod works, Just tested with the German Reich, It said 26 days of construction with 15/15 factories.
Either your other mods might be conflicting with this mod or you do not have the full 15 factories building it, Construction speed of it might also be affected by modifiers.
But the mod works.
