Concrete armor should have more durability than light, or slightly more, with heavy weight (multiple times the weight of heavy). But it should be very cheap and easy to manufacture.
An improvement should/could be reinforced concrete, which when adding metal "in the amount of light armor" has a strength exceeding that of heavy armor (of course - at a multiple weight).
The arch is, from left to right, cube blocks at the base, then the 1x2 slope blocks (~26.6deg) rotated to be vertical with bottoms of the tips matched with the bottoms of the bases, then regular slope blocks, then 1x2 blocks placed horizontally, cubes at top and a similar setup on the other side.
With the zero girders, I honestly can't remember if that was intentional.
I am assuming this should have a none zero value.
@Slaghkre Thanks for all you work on this mod!
A couple bugs, though...
No audio plays when concrete blocks are being dismantled.
The "Round Inv. Corner" block is messed up. Some of its facts are transparent.
Thank you.
Yup. You may reuse and/or modify anything in the mod folder as you like to use in your mod.
I just apologize for my lack patience to dig through my source files to upload the modified, relevant fbx files.
May I have your permission to reuse your models, and publish a modified version of concrete blocks? I have a private (local) copy with modified textures, and updated xmls.
Very cheap, but heavy components. Easy to produce, but difficult to weld because of its volume/weight.
Best blocks for base building, especially for landing pads if thruster damage is enabled and ONLY if you have a welding ship. Otherwise you will need dozens of tripsfor a small pad.
But the ballance between effort and weight or volume is ok, at least for me.
Thank you!
1x5
5x5 blocks
using them to build a runway on a rover / plane world, and noticing some funny shifting of the vehicles parked even with no one else on the DS.
Select 1x3 concrete block & when placing block it is 1x5.
I use Dragon Industries - Expanded Ore Processing mod.

Do you think you might be able to create this as a 'skin' to work on all blocks, similar to the 'digital camo' or 'wood' blocks?
If this is not possible, please could you make some extra different shaped blocks?
Many thanks in advance.
:)

It's simple physics.
Is it Concrete or a fused stone product? If it's fused then a full Assembler as it is now seems appropriate.
'Stone Refining Re-Balance' will fix the issue of not getting enough gravel without needing to install another block mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1690575357
Can you greatly reduce gravel needed for each slab?
I'm building a cinlindrical underground base mining with multiple drills spinning at 5 pistons expanding, i mined ~50% of pistons lenght and it only gave me stone for ~3,5 floors (without walls).
I think the volume mined "x³" vs the area builded "x²" math is clearly wrong (by Keen), concrete is not worthing more than iron for building volume, making it pointless for logistic and for build cheap/weak.
So summing up: for build 1 toothpick i'm spending 1 baseball bat mining area.

I also tried downloading it directly but it is not possible to directly download steam archive. By using {LINK REMOVED}https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/ I got archive with the same purple textures. Either dds export settings are wrong or steam workshop messed something up.
I'm running mods, but when I add this one, it causes the server to crash. Take it back out, server runs fine with other mods.
