with sv_cheats enabled, type in "ent_fire spawnsalmannrandom pickrandom" in the console and it should spawn a wave of them

is it possible to make the salmann spawn in faster using console commands, me and a friend were trying to mess around and create a hoard of them.

i did the contract with force a nature. hide near their spawn and shoot new spawned snipers, scouts whatever into the nearby eggsack. thats mean but did it in short time

hi I realise it's 'valve' (eric i guess) who decide what the contract objectives are, but in regards to this map's bonus objective.
it's essentially just a reskinned version of the pumpkin bomb frags. but since the slime eggs deal little to no damage, actually getting frags with them is very frustrating. could this be adjusted? as the mapper, could u maybe message valve abt changing it? or if that's not possible then could the eggs do a real amount of damage in stead? bc currently it's an incredibly unfun objective to go for

I love the cosmic horror vibe and atmosphere of this map so much, its one of my all time favorite KOTH maps and I really wished its sister map Brine got added as well. Definitely one of the GOAT maps for Scream fortress

It probably wouldve taken too much programming, but it would've been neat if the summon skele spell had been replaced with a boomer bile/bugbait type spell to increase the tactical aspects of the salmann. Throw a chum ball that spreads to roughly the size of the control point prop that lures in salmanns and makes them prioritize players and buildings in the area, perhaps even healing the salmanns. Chuck it in a corner to clear a path for your own team, or use it offensively.

Ahh okay, pretty neat stuff.

That is intentional, since we are hijacking the skeleton logic for the Salmann, it was messing with the skeleton spell from that, and we used vscript to switch it to the fireball spell if that would have been picked. We figured it was similar to how you can get a rare spell from the regular spell books, you have a rare chance to get the fireball spell from the rare book, too.

Not sure if its intentional, but Ive noticed sometimes when picking up the rare spell its been giving me the fireball spell.
