I'm playing a colony that believes in body modification, so I usually don't accept body purists, but when I saw this nephilim I wanted to recruit her and just removed the body purist via character editor.
However it seems the game occasionally adds it back to her, this is the only pawn out of 30 that it happens to (although she is also the only modified nephilim).
