I can't get the mod Madness Pawns depends on to work on 1.6. I'm still investigating this.
I was mistaken. If you want to enable the vanilla body types, just check the "Use the vanilla RimWorld body types for adult pawns" option in the settings.
With the vanilla ones, yes. I've made custom spritework for them and had to rewrite some code to support skin color genes. You can see it in the first image on this page.
As things stand, even with settings, your pawns can't be fat or hulk. I'll change that when I have free time.
