It is not stealing if it has been altered thus making it different. This concept has been around forever, its how most youtubers get away with just making commentary for it to not be copyright infringement. On top of that they are talking about moving to a completely different art style, and have removed Racist items in the mod. If you have a issue with Racist things being removed from a mod please feel free to say so and be honest about where you stand on the topic, we already see you for what you are.

Rather than turn this into a patch, myself and one of my good friends will be making a new mod in the same energy as Europa Waifu. The sprites will be combining the popular art style of anime and trying to blend it with Baro, rather than the flat colors and lack of stylization that EuropaWaifu++ has. It will also have integrated patches for popular mods to help clear up long mod lists and remove headaches associated with patch load order.

If you'd like us to expand this mod in the meantime until that is complete, just leave a comment here and we'll get to it as we can.

We're playing with the idea of making a patch that you add before the mod to make it lighter, rather than use it in place of europa waifu. Saves hard drive space as well

FYI the controversial stuff was added some time after the mod went xpath and no boobs physics. My version uses assets before and they dont have those changes. I dont implement any changes after xpath conversion.
IF people are still scared of xpath they can use my mod.

A bit of question: What do you mean by re-code as a patch and not overwrite? If you want changed costumes you need to xml overwrite original baro assets, even the xpath does that, albeit it doesnt overwrite the whole item.
