As well as this, the whole weapons testing part in Guangdong, of which I am unable to like, actually make any progress on weapons testing one bit.
The Speer AI refused to pick a focus, just sat and did nothing until I tag switched over and did it for them.
Also the regional tree under Nikolai Voznesenky has a mutually-exclusive split, but then there's another focus which has two pre-reqs, one from each mutually exclusive line, making it impossible to do the focus
