The comment below, that was me. So i did some more testing - i punched sepermeru gate guard in the face, he struck back. No damage or stagger to me. i just stand there, after 3 or so seconds i start taking damage. Then i quit out and load back in, all is as its should (i should note that although i tried to replicate the issue i couldn't) if i were to hazard a guess here its the consume flesh buff thats failing to turn off. except why when i've stopped attacking can i take damage then.
I also noted that regardless of my ability at being an immortal slayer of sepermeru, i could take fall damage

Orero, a bug or feature? 1. Former tamable wanderers T4 (ciria ietc) now seems to be not tamable, they used to be with this mod?

2. I'm wearing yogs set, wielding tenderizer, got guts edict active, and I'm level 22. I'm steamrolling sepermeru, the place in the market where there's a dance and 3 others - one is cheering. Normally start something there you need a solid plan or escape route I just slaughter 10-12 with 3 tenderizer combo, it was like once I'd started swinging I was immortal until I'd stopped swinging. Maybe it meant to be this way? Anyway just letting you know.

The encounters that happen when you kill a priest are cool but there really needs to be a cooldown on them. I just had like 3 or 4 of those events happen at once during a purge which resulted in all of my thralls being killed and half my base being destroyed.

@Bulldogg46 Sorry I didn't get this at the time. For anyone else wondering the same, you get them from combat after selecting a doctrine at the Altar of Contemplation or as a reward from Invocations.

@Fluttervi I've been wanting to add more religions for a while now. There are a few challenges but I am for sure interested in this down the line. Feel free to hit me up on my mod discord if you'd like to bounce some ideas around further.

An idea - Dagon features heavily throughout the game, dagon is also 1 of just 2 gods you actually see in person throughout game (not including funcoms one time events). So, dagon religion - a fully fledged religion on par with others.

food - seas bounty, along with standard bonus the religious meal will strike the next attacker with the effect you placed on dagger of dagon. bonus attack lasts for as long as sated lasts but only strikes once.

outfit - (like spino buff from ark) exiting water grants the wearer 25% more damage and damage resistance for 30-45 seconds? when wearing 3 or more.

With Funcom's update to the new "Dregs", there's a lot of interference, with mods reworking vanilla dungeons or tweaking specific areas like AoC and others.

You need to install a pippi or tot warp in the "dregs" dungeon, and one in the spiral staircase.
This is the only solution I could do on my server ;)

@0% Angel I've looked into this and can't reproduce it with only my mod installed. My guess is that you're running another mod that makes major map edits and overwrites the persistent world level. AOC definitely does this, others might too.

Great mod but currently for whatever reason the dregs are impossible to enter. Every other dungeon works fine its just the dregs where you get ported outside the map in the dessert after entering.

As admin i tested your mod on a my closed server. I entered the Dregs and all the lizards were dead.

@Space nobody has reported any issues so far. The dark dregs is actually a copy of the original sitting beside it so the two shouldn't interfere with each other. Though ODO items might be unobtainable currently if there's no way to get into original dregs.

I wish I found out about this mod before I did another AoC run. I've been wanting more end-game stuff with meat on it and AoC has a lot of scaling and balance design that I don't agree with...but it is like the only thing out there. EEWA and VAM also just...don't mesh with me but I thought that was all there was to livening up the game.

I read through the documentation of all your changes and just...wow, this is EXACTLY what I wanted. So many armors and weapons in the game and they all do the same thing, all of the unique weapons that actually had something different about them was nerfed in the games lifetime or didn't work on Singleplayer(the mode I play), The religions were practically useless, especially if you didn't PVP. This mod just...literally fixes all of that. God I wish you could work your magic on Siptah. I'm definitely going to be playing this on my next playthrough.

OK, so Derketo Journey can't trigger "Deviancy's Embrace" in Single Player. Just read your section on SP problems and one guy had the same problem.
My suggestion, brainstorm with the Author of "Journey Debug". Then maybe you don't have to go through 180 journey steps. I hope that doesn't sound too stupid. I'm not a modder. But that mod works great when vanilla Journeys don't. Not even an updated mod.

Well, I finally found X'Harazul. Way too tricky of a location in my opinion. Now I can finally check out the mod.
I found him thanks to comments by Rev Elevenclaw. Thanks Rev. I also use the Commando mod.

Would it be possible to turn the Lusttaker into an agility weapon ? It synergizes great with the Derketo Acolyte light armor, which doesn't quite fit a strength build in my opinion.

Pleeeeeeeeease...... Where Is X'HARAZUL??? Nobody has a Nameplate with that name, I have never explored the Volcano to this extent. He is not High or midway or low or anywhere. I even flew around to see if I missed anything. This mod looks good. Can't wait to start the Journeys but since I've never taken sorcery too far. I really wanted to give Destruction a try. Always found sorcery way too slow for my taste.. But since you mentioned being able to shoot fast from the 1-9 buttons it sounds maybe useful. But I Can't Find X'Harazul. I am contemplating spawning him in, but this play through (single player) was supposed to be no cheats. I may not hold out....

@Rev Elevenclaw It's a hard fight and that's by design but you can make it a lot easier by building for concussive damage. Get 20 points in Authority, equip your best truncheon with an Oil of Concussion. Szeth's Truncheon can give you a bit of extra reach if you're struggling to land the hits. You can then get +60% concussive damage from a good set of armor like Setite or Vanir Chieftain, plus another 50% from a Hunter's Potion and 15% from a Savory Feast. Point is you can get yourself a lot more concussive damage than you've been using. You could also try bringing a pair of thralls with truncheons, this won't make it any faster but it will make the fight more forgiving.

Yeah changing the load order worked like a charm. It even added your effect edits to the alt bare additions from commando! Most excellent, and unexpected. I'm very happy with the result.

Okay, I'll try it. And I have been having good luck with the journeys since unlocking them. Man these dungeons/bosses are for real huh! I hadn't died for weeks before taking on these new challenges. Amazing stuff you've done with it all.

P.S. Any one have some tips for subduing the sorcerer at the top of the well? He seems to have some much stamina, and I run out before even denting the bar. Then by the time my stamina has come back, so has his. I'm using an upgraded(+ concussive dmg) tiger truncheon btw...

@Rev Elevenclaw Just load my mod after that one. Both will work together then. The reason it doesn't work the other way around is because that mod's author overrode every property of the items he/she changed instead of only the ones that need to be different.

I have ODO placed directly before it in my LO. Commando changes many vanilla outfits, and unfortunately 'hides' many chest and leg pieces that would be affected by ODO. I was fairly certain this would be the case. And surely if I flip the placement, then ODO will 'hide' the Commando changes(untested). IDK why the author didn't leave the 'normal' tops and bottoms alone.

In closing, I really appreciate the work you've done here. I just feel if it is intended for breathing new life into the game, it should definitely work with an already played save game.

Hello. I tried this mod out yesterday and I am liking it a lot! That said, I've gathered it is intended for a new play through. Though I didn't see it mentioned in the description or comments that this is the case, so just an educated guess. I say this because only one journey unlocked naturally. The one with the level 60 prerequisite. Also only 2 of the journeys have prerequisites mentioned. So rather than waste time trying to get them to trigger so I could test the mod, I resorted to the admin console command 'JourneyUnlockAll'. I tried The Dregs... The journey skipped the first part (gain entry to the dregs), but did start giving me credit after killing a dregs komodo.

@Lind I replied to this same comment on my discord - basic answer is I only speak English so I can't translate anything myself. I wouldn't mind supporting other languages with help but the tools we're given to do it aren't very good in this version of Unreal so it's not straightforward. And my documentation is almost 20k words so that's a lot of translating.

@MakoTomatoX ODO does add epic (not legendary) armor/weapons to the wandering exiles on noob river but those are a very difficult fight at low levels. If you're finding actual legendaries on other thralls then that would be a different mod's doing.

Hi, thanks for your work. I found that named thralls all have legendary armors and weapons. Is this normal or a bug because once you somehow get your hands on one. It kinda trivialises all non-dungeon combats. I've only been in noob river so far

I think a spawn as a sorcerer in a remote camp would be better than nothing so at least the book can be made and utilized naturally on Siptah and the Journey doable there.

@Manfred Siptah is locked down and we have very few options for modding it. I can't directly add anything on a new spawn point. The closest I could do would be to make X'Harazul able to spawn as a rare sorcerer at a camp, but that would make him much rarer than intended and the fight would be harder than intended with all the other camp NPCs to worry about.
Any plan to add content like the new sorceries to Siptah?

I am having a problem with the wine cellar journey, specifically with "trigger the tactical primacy" effect of the Khari Soldier armour. The effect triggers but the journey step doesn't register it.

@Lofwyr - there are some changes, not as many as Exiled Lands. To get the most out of this mod you'll need to set up some stuff in admin mode, like certain bosses and ways of getting feats. There's more detail about that in the mod documentation.

@petrnikola87 It should be exactly where it is in the video, by the exit portal after defeating the werewolf. Some people have reported it despawning which I haven't been able to resolve yet but there's an admin placeable version in case that happens (search "Forge of Ancient Blood").

@Fluttervi Thanks for the kind words! I'll have to check those two out, you're right that I didn't come across them previously. That's two more fights and two more potential early game paths.

great mod for people that have logged many hours in single player and looking for new challenge. hard but not unfair. loving the revamped exile champs - just need you to add frigga falsehope and dierdre deathbringer and it will be a full set. may have missed them as no dedicated spawn on river, usually at sinners refuge.

Where exactly is the forge of ancient blood? I am not seeing it at all, what am i missing here? At the end of the dungeon there is only the portal out of dungeon, there is no forge.

My bad man, I really don't remember why the hell I even asked that question haha. I apologize for the confusion on that, I do enjoy the mod very much and find the different things it does to be very fun. I did however want to ask about the journey's as one seemed to be rather bugged, the dregs was not taking the Komodo's into account for kills which was odd and I wasn't sure why.

@MTBear I don't really understand the question, what mods are you talking about specifically? You already asked about AOC/EEWA. You can use it how you please really, the otherods in the list will just determine whether my content is your early game or your endgame.

I had a quick question, would you say this is better used base CE? or should an overhaul mod be used? I ask due to thrall limitations in combat, they aren't the best at times lol.

@MTBear There isn't much in the way of incompatibilities. It doesn't play nice with DungeonBossBoost or OmegaCellarBossBoost (companion mods for OmegaProductions) but you don't need those mods if you have this one installed because it also offers boss scaling for high levels. There are also some minor incompatibilities with Exiled Lands Improved. No issues have been found with EEWA or AOC. The mod is focused around PVE but some items behave differently in PVP to improve balance. It all works fine in single player or co-op.

Few questions, What are the incompatibilities of this mod? I run things like Age of calamitus, EEWA. Is this a PvP type of mod or can it be used with a single player or duo in mind?

I can't get Mitra's Conviction to trigger for the journey step, even though I am wearing the Mitra items and stats say I have the buff. Is there a specific NPC I should be fighting to trigger it? I have tried killing priests of other religions.
