Hmm. Potentially OP for late-game. As US, it's possible to borrow up to 10% interest and invest to 12+ Trillion within the first month. It doesn't counteract the interest payments, but paying off the debt (via other means) has an increased effect as it brings down the interest rate as well as the raw amount. And the investment payments just keep paying. To the tune of ~31 Billion/week.

Just an example why MD throttles investments the way it does. Use with caution.
