adds way too much detail imo, it still does look like heavy just by the silhouette and the most imporant detail (the bullet belt) but i think the design is way too noisy

how can you not tell this is heavy its a gigantic tank of a man there is only one possible character that fits that description

you've added way too much to the model, not only does this not look like heavy (yes I know you can tell by the silhouette, but you shouldn't have to rely on that), but you've removed all of the critical team color areas and covered him a dark blue/red. brightening the colors and removing unnecessary armor pieces would help this fit better.

Reminds me of the heavy enemies in Africa in Metal Gear Solid V

@Extra Ram yes, you could tell this is heavy (thanks to his easily recognizable siluete) is just that the only things that are left of him that make him heavy are his gloves and eyes.

this set is out of place in tf2 , as 2011 said this is not the heavy anymore

thought this was a new character, this isn't heavy anymore, you've blocked too much of what makes heavy THE HEAVY, "omg but he kept the bandolier" yeah and if you glanced at this outfit for about 3 seconds you wouldn't know who this is
