Report a translation problem
I've edited the values to zero in the Biome files respective xmls, both in mods, with mods that also remove them, and edited the base game to say zero
AND THEY STILL FUCKING SPAWN
What am i missing here?
It shouldn't affect the DE team's compatibility patch to work properly, right?

When I ran a diff between the two mods, it does seem that there are some identical files. This might be intentional and my mistake with how I'm loading it, but just wanted to call it to your attention. Thanks for your work!
