You need the PS map mod. This mod uses special characters not in vanilla font or any other map mod's font -- this is why you get a question mark.

so i did "reasert eastern claims" and the even about that spawned about 10 times

some states have ? in their name, for example instead of klaipeda its klaip?da

@Adrynki1001 *technically* there is a releasable for courland, since if you create the united baltic duchy and turn to fascism, it becomes courland

why add princely states, yemeni sultanates states, courland and more when you don't even have the releasables for them. like dude it doesn't make any sense to me

can you fix all state gains, i was playing democratic germany and was doing danzig for guarantee, and there was 3 states that did not like right, please fix when possible

@ferdinand just create the RKS using commands, just put "stateowner [insert RK tag here]" in the console and use mods like "state transfer tool" or "toolpack without the errors" (objectively better) to facilitate it, and here is the tags for the reichskommissariats: RKM (Moskowien), RUS (Nordamerika), RKK (Kaukasien) you can find whatever tags here https://hoi4cheats.com/country-tags

The “Demands to Sweden” focus in the historical germany focus tree requires that sweden owns a small state in northwest italy, otherwise the focus will not work.
