Only the missions for the generic Blessed Saurus Warriors, Spearmen, Temple Guard and Kroxigor have been disabled (though since you've reminded me I'll disable the Chameleon Skink and Skink Skirmisher missions too).
The dinosaur and cavalry missions however are currently not touched as they do not have a new specific Marked equivalent so you've just been very unlucky there. Outside of disabling the possibility of the aforementioned I don't alter the spawn chances of missions in any way.
May change that in the future when I decide how I want to approach that particular aspect. Ideally I'd like to redo the whole system and have done some brief but unsuccessful forays into doing so, but will need to do more tests later when I have the time and inclination.
I'll just have to keep looking for the Itzl to pop up...

However it does appear I've somehow reintroduced the bug that massively inflates the probability of Sotek marks for Warchiefs. I was sure I fixed that a while back, but hey ho. I'll 100% make sure to sort that out with 6.2.
I've seen the Itzl one single time on a Skink Warchief, while there's currently four (!) Soteks in their pool.
Am I just being incredibly unlucky with RNG, or is there an error in the files somewhere that makes some spawnings infinitely rarer than others?
