Mischievous little creatures, up to no good

This is a fantastic idea. I can't believe no one has added some of these before. I actually inherited a Mod from a guy who added Gnomes as a HAR race, and I work on that, but you are the only person I know of that actually decided to go full tilt and actually upload a custom Faction with more than just the go-to fairies.

Leprechauns! Who would have thought! That's such a cool idea!

what about a faction of evil fairies? goblins, redcaps, gremlins, kelpie, etc
