how do i make this thing float aka hover

While I do quite love using this vehicle, I wish the was a way to move left and right without having to turn

It can be spawned at the docks of the Creative Base (due to the shallow and flat bottom) or Monkey Brain Launch Site from the DLC. Or any other large ship port really.

I've been playing around with this for the last few months, and this is vehicle has given me the time of my life playing this game. It's just so enjoyable and fun to use. Complicated enough to be entertaining, but not so much that it's frustrating. Doing missions with this is a blast. Hope you get around to either making a Mk2 or another build like it. Well done!

how much does it cost

This is an excellent creation, but my single complaint is that when the escape pod hits the water it opens right up and sinks like a rock.

guys, if you put the throttle up to 28 like it said so in the guide, its going to work fine.
but anyway this vehicle is a work of art!

I agree with those, and add a couple more (Including yours):

1. Altitude Hold
2. Auto-Piolote
3. Easiear Steering
4. Better floor traversal (The elevators a bit slow, that rope thing...)
5. The information in the manual being put in the description here, or at least mentioning the fact that there is a manual!

It just wont workas soon as i turn it on it shoots into the air even when the vertical throttle lever is down and i'm holding down arrow

Is there any particular reason why the rear starboard engine doesn't work? The other three engines function normally, but that engine doesn't fire or do anything.

This is awesome, if I could suggest two things:
More convenient ropes as climbing up in to that equipment room 4-8 times a mission is awkward
Some kind of alt hold and the ability to fly left-right

I suggest making the UP/DOWN arrows control the altitude isntead of a throttle lever, so you can control easier in third person
